How to Make Candy Leis With Netting

While children are quickly going back to school, summer is in full effect that implies we could celebrate house parties and barbecues on weekends long into the next month. Start offering sweet leis to the checklist of must-haves during your next big bash, alongside basics such as sunscreen, treats, and cold beverages.

For summer gatherings, sweets leis seem to be the ideal decoration or group favorite, fun, vibrant, and a lot less money than typical floral leis. And here is you’d like to create a treat of your own: Cheerful Treat! I’m utilizing Fruit Chocolate and Colorful Wraps.

Candy will add an extra special touch to your lei, so pick sweets that look nice and have a great presence. There’s a wide variety of fun quality sweets to choose from. I think candies like Fruitomila, Laffy Taffys, Sour Bathans, and candy corns would fit perfectly.

Instructions:

You’ll want a plastic cover and a wiggling ribbon as well. Begin by unwrapping a large piece of plastic wrap to build chocolate leis. You’re going to want at minimum a field, but if you’re creating leis for people, go further. Put little pieces of candy an inch away in the middle of the wrap.

Place one chocolate bar on the cling wrap, but four or five typically fit better when they are medium-sized. You want the sweets to be visible but not so big as to be huge or unpleasant. Take cling wrap and fold it in half, so the sweets are coated in the center. Take the outer side now and bring it back towards the middle, using a double layer of cling wrap around the sweets.

I want a pin between the caramels clustered at this stage to tie these together cling wrap. That’s not completely important, but holding things in order and holding the sugar clusters along in the candy lei keeps it simpler. Slice the curling ribbon into more long pieces. Lace the curly ribbon after each candy group in the sweet lei in the double tie, then twist it with scissors. And ensure you firmly attach the edges as well.
